Terms and conditions of commissioned art

I accept commissions through discord as it's my main way to communicateBasic information
DO NOT use my artwork for AI related, NFTs, and cryptocurrency
I have the right to decline your commission request.
I work slow, delays may happen due to unforeseen circumstances; communication will be provided
I won't draw NSFW or Gore. Suggestive is finePayment / Refund
I accept Paypal in USD only
Payments will be made up front or as agreed (e.g. 50% deposit, 50%)
You may cancel the commission if payment has not been made yet.
I will only start on the commission after agreed payment amount has been made.
No refunds after the payment. I only give refunds if I am the one who cancelled the commission.Process
Provide clear references and details for the commission
I will NOT accept AI generated art as references
If I have to do a lot of work to design, there will be design fees ($25+ USD depending on time spent)
Revisions / corrections can be made after your feedback but they will be limited to 2 free of charge. Anything beyond the 2, I will charge $15 USD per additional revision
I will give you updates on the commission work and don't be afraid to ask about the commission workRights and usage
I retain copyright and ownership of the artwork
The client is granted personal use rights (e.g. for avatars, twitch emotes, social media profile pictures)
Commercial commission fee: +300%~500% base price for commercial use such as merchandise (art print, charms, pins, branding etc)
Only Vtuber models will have commercial rights included in the price
I will use finished work for my portfolio and may stream the process on my Twitch
Private commission fee: +20% base price if you don't want your commission to be published for portfolio or social media(s).Delivery
Estimated completion time: 2-3 weeks for emotes / sub badges, 6+ months for Vtuber models, 2+ months for Illustrations, 3+ months for DnD maps
Files will be delivered in PNG format, Vtuber models will be delivered in PSD files
If there's a short deadline, there's a 25-50%+ of the cost depending on how soon / how big of a projectBy commissioning, the client agrees to these terms
